Exercise Is The Best To Help Your Heart
Walking provides the most health benefits along with the lowest risk of injury or sudden cardiac death. Just 30 minutes a day or an hour of walking 3 times a week reduces premature death from all causes including heart disease and cancer. More vigorous exercise is not necessary just to livelonger, according to Dr. Do it because you want to (say you enjoy a sport like tennis) not because you have to. Use common sense and avoid overdoing it. The risks of sudden cardiac death during exercise increase in direction proportion to the intensity of exercise, especially for men who are unaccustomed to physical activity.
See if you can talk while you walk. You should be able to carry on a conversation while you should exercise to indicate that you’re not exerting yourself too much.
